This farmstead Camembert is handmade on the Tremblaye farm within 12 hours of milking. It has a pungent aroma and a rustic flavor profile, and a soft and creamy center, with a mushroom aftertaste. The farm strictly follows the French legislation for farmstead cheese: using only their milk they produce all the cheeses on the farm using traditional methods.
