Produced in Southeast Spain, this unique PDO goat cheese is soaked in barrels of Spain's own Jumilla wine, which is heavy in tannis, giving the rind its rich deep purple color, as well as contributing to its fruity, spicy flavor and floral bouquet. This semi-firm goat cheese has a mild, pleasant flavor, with a slightly salty tang and subtle background.
